Rubber Reinforced Flex Zone Upper– Abrasion resistant reinforced outsole rubber is placed in areas of high stress to extend the life of the boot and increase durability.

Liner

Intuition® Pro Foam 3D Liner with SpaceHeater™– A liner designed for comfort and warmth, from start to finish. It features reflective heat blanket panels that work to trap heat in and keep cold out. These reflective heat blankets work alongside heat moldable Intuition® foam, internal J-Bars, and 3D molded dual-density EVA insoles to keep your foot comfortable and warm all day long.

BOA® Conda™ Liner Lacing– A patented K2 liner lacing system that uses a urethane harness to gently hug your ankle, creating unrivaled heel hold. BOA® Conda™ allows for adjusting liner tightness and heel hold on the fly from outside of the boot, even with gloves on.

Lacing System

H4 Coiler BOA® Fit System with TX3 Lacing– BOA®’s first textile lace in the snowboarding category, TX3 is constructed from recycled PET with a structural core. This lace provices a softer, more flexible look similar to the characteristics of a traditional lace but the superior closure of a BOA® system.

Footbed

Harshmellow™ Pro Footbed– Three separate compositions, Pro, Plus, and Base, now all incorporate K2’s proprietary Harshmellow™ damping into the layup of the footbed. The result is superior vibration absorbing and comfort for all-day excursions into the backcountry or hiking and riding around the resort.

Sole

Vibram® V5 Outsole– Vibram® V5 Outsole features a full EcoStep rubber (30% regrind) with and Harshmellow™ pods under the toe and heel to reduce noise underfoot. The V5 Outsole is the perfect combination of sustainability and performance.

Eco-Harshmellow™ Midsole– Harshmellow™ is a magical dampening system that replaces industry standard foam dampening materials. Harshmellow™ is strategically placed to dampen vibration underfoot to provide for a more “quiet” feel underfoot, reduce vibration from impact, and reduce fatigue while snowboarding.

  Very StiffThe amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers´ number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
