Instep Flex Zone– The Instep Flex Zone functions to maintain natural ankle flexion in your boot, whether in or out of your bindings.

Fit

Powercuff Strap– Providing extra support at the top of the boot for increased stability and response. Its configuration gives riders customizable levels of engagement and the option of wrapping the strap around the internal liner or the exterior tongue.

Pleasurecuff– The supple elasticity of the PleasureCuff delivers a cushioned, comfortable fit that keeps your calves supported.

Liner

Linerless Technology– Linerless technology redefines simplicity and modern comfort. Its lightweight construction and slimmed-down upper reduces the boot’s overall size and weight. An increased internal foam package provides a softer, more cushioned feel. Without internal harnessing, riders will experience unmatched ease in and out of the boot. A calculated combination of support and free-flex articulation makes Linerless tech ideal for street and park riders, or riders looking for comfort and ease of use.

Lacing System

Traditional with Powercuff Strap– Power is the operative word with the PowerCuff Strap. It provides extra support at the top of the boot for increased stability and response. Its configuration gives the Standard XF a customizable level of engagement.

Footbed

V1 POPCUSH Footbed– Single-density POPCUSH construction / 3D-molded anatomical shape / Airflow perforations / Nylex moisture-wicking top sheet.

Sole

V1 Waffle Lug with All-Trac– With the introduction of the V1 Waffle Lug outsole, Vans pays tribute to the timeless vulcanized look that put them on the map. Now with All-Trac cold weather rubber compound.

Additional Features

Heat Retention 360º– All Vans snowboard boots feature a newly improved thermal retention layer that provides a 360° wrap of the toe box and between the outsole and the liner. This essential layer keeps heat in and cold out, ensuring all-day warmth and comfort.

  SoftThe amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers´ number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
