Flex

Flex Rating– 5 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff)

Baseplate

Flat Bottom– The base plate has a flat shape with fewer bumps on the underside, allowing for direct power transmission while still taking care of the top sheet of the board.

FooTon Footbed– Designed with a special material to prevent snow buildup and to provide more direct board feel with all the cushion you need.

Cushion Stabilizer– The large stabilizer converts the flex energy into repulsive force, transmitting it firmly yet gently to the board.

Adjustable Toe & Heel Cushion– A movable cushion that can be adjusted to suit boot size and board width.

5 Holes Highback Rotation– Five highback mounting holes allow rotation at both foot forward angles.

Super Ultima Base– Lightweight with quick edge-to-edge response while the board is being flexed.

Multi Disc– In addition to the conventional 4x4 screw holes, this disc is also channel-compatible.

Performance Blend– A nylon and fiberglass mix for all-around performance.

Highback

Resistor Highback– Offers both flex and response to maintain a degree of freedom while improving turn stability and power transfer when riding. Newly redesigned for 2023, the Resistor is firmer on the outside and smoother on the inside of the stance, with a low-friction slide plate that won´t interfere with your boot.

Super Tough Nylon– A fiber mix with a medium flex that is perfect for all mountain riding.

Micro Adjuster– Adjust forward lean in 2.5° increments with each click for finer highback settings.

Slide Plate– Low-friction materials are used so as not to hinder the lateral flex of the boot.

Straps

Waffle Strap– Waffle shaped cushioning provides ample hold and unparalleled comfort, and two layer-construction offers direct power transfer.

UU Fit– A 360° wrap evens out pressure for a natural feel and hold.

L-Guide– For a smooth in and out. Holds ratchet ladders down.

FTM Versa Toe Strap– Softer material and a better holding top or toe strap option. Designed to fit any boot on the market.

Buckles

Beer Buckles– Newly engineered buckles give you more leverage when cranking down on the straps allowing you to get to the last click with minimal effort. Functions as a bottle opener in case of beverage emergencies.

  MediumThe amount a snowboard flexes varies significantly between boards. Snowboard flex ratings are not necessarily standardized across manufacturers, so the flex may vary from brand to brand. Many manufacturers will give a number rating ranging from 1-10, 1 being softest and 10 being stiffest. Here at evo we have standardized the manufacturers´ number ratings to a feel rating ranging from soft to very stiff. Generally you will find flex ratings of 1-2 as soft, 3-5 as medium, 6-8 as stiff, and 9-10 as very stiff. Flex ratings and feel may ultimately vary from snowboard to snowboard.
