BlackChili Compound improves rolling resistance by 26 % and provides 30 % more grip than activated silica compounds. Premium tires with BlackChili Compound also impress with higher mileage and unlike many multi-compounds, provide a constant ride from the first to the last mile.

Vectran Breaker– Vectran™ is a synthetically manufactured high-tech fiber from a natural model. Like spider silk, Vectran™ is a liquid-crystalline polymer (LCP). Vectran™ is spun from the melted liquid polymer Vectra and processed further to a multi-strand thread. A Vectran™ Breaker is lighter, more flexible and protects more effectively against cuts than the comparable nylon breaker.

Aerodynamics By Swiss Side– Swiss Side are the industry leader in aero-dynamics. With over 20 years of experience in both Formula 1 and cycling, they are renowned for utilising the latest technologies and methodologies in computational aerodynamics and real-world testing.

Vortex Generators– The aero-optimized tread pattern certainly looks different: 48 little cavities are regularly distributed over its surface. These so-called ‘vortex generators’ are the very feature that manage to control the turbulence in the airflow on the surface of the front wheel. Ultimately, this results in a perfected storm that allows for the reduction of drag of the entire wheel tire system.
